Women's Yoga at Redeemer

Join us for Yoga for Women at Redeemer on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in rooms 115/116.

The class is designed to be restorative and focused on connecting with God and His creation. All skill levels are welcome. Participants will experience movement, breathing, and guided relaxation tailored to each individual’s needs. The cost is $100 for an eight-session punchcard or $15 per class. Drop-ins are welcome.
